Returns

*All sales are final. We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns due to the nature of these items. All items are created as the orders are placed, making them customized. Also for simple hygiene reasons since the bows and clips are made to be put in one's hair.

Each and every single item is carefully inspected before being sent out. Now, if there IS an error on our part, then please contact us and we'll work it out from there.

One more thing, since all sales are final (even if the wrong color was ordered) when ordering any item and if you need to make sure the color is exactly what you need, we can always send you a sample of the ribbon color (free of charge), this way you're not getting the wrong color. Since all computer resolutions are different, the color may vary slightly.

Also, since these are handmade items, the look and size of each item may vary slightly...but not by too much. The measurements of each item is under each item description.
