Safety & Small Parts

Many of our handmade hair accessories contain small parts and are not intended for unsupervised use by babies or young children. Please always supervise children when using GirlyKurlz® products, and never allow them to put any items in their mouths.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that GirlyKurlz® is not liable for accidents, misuse, or lack of supervision during use. Questions? Reach out anytime — your child’s safety is our priority!


How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?

All of our bows and accessories are made to order, not mass-produced. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and an additional few days for shipping.
We process orders in the order they are received. Overall, please allow up to 3 weeks from the time of order to delivery.


How Are Orders Packaged & Shipped?

We carefully package all items in sturdy boxes with tissue wrapping to ensure your bows arrive safe, beautiful, and ready to gift or wear!
Orders are shipped via standard USPS (unless otherwise selected).


Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Yes! Many of our best-selling designs started as customer requests.
Need to swap a color or create something from scratch? We're happy to work with you to bring your idea to life — and we’ll even send a preview photo before finalizing. Custom bows are our specialty!


Do You Offer Discounts or Promo Codes?

You bet we do! Look for the discount box at the bottom-right of your screen to unlock exclusive coupon codes when you follow us on social media, join our email list, or refer a friend!


Do You Stock Ready-Made Bows?

No, every GirlyKurlz® bow is handmade to order. We craft bows like we would for our own daughters, unique, detailed, and anything but ordinary!


Need a Specific Color to Match an Outfit?

No problem! Due to screen differences, colors can appear slightly different in person. If you're trying to match a specific outfit or shade, let us know which item you’re interested in and we’ll be happy to mail you a free ribbon swatch for approval before you order.


Do You Offer Rush Orders?

If you need your order by a specific date (like for a birthday or event), please contact us before placing your order. We do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible, but this depends on availability and production time.


Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Due to the custom handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away, we’ll always make it right!


Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we’re always evaluating demand. If you’re located outside the U.S., feel free to reach out and we’ll see if we can help!


Do You Offer Wholesale or Bulk Orders?

Because all GirlyKurlz® accessories are individually handmade with care and attention to detail, we do not offer wholesale or mass production at this time. Each piece is crafted by hand, not manufactured, ensuring the one-of-a-kind quality our brand is known for.

That said, we’re always happy to create small batch custom orders when possible! Just reach out to discuss your request, and we’ll let you know what’s doable based on current availability.
